the sports psychologists

Performance Boost is staffed by friendly, passionate and knowledgeable psychologists who specialise in sport, exercise, and performance psychology. We are all registered as psychologists with the governing body in Australia – the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA). We also all either have specialist recognition in sport and exercise psychology with the PBA, or are working towards this. Only psychologists with specialist training and experience can legally call themselves a “sport and exercise psychologist” within Australia.

Our friendly sports psychologists not only specialize in performance psychology, but have also studied physiology, nutrition, and counselling. Whether you’re closer to Melbourne or Perth, you can use the form to the right to connect with the sports psychologists to make the most of your sport related efforts.
